Great Summer Mountain Biking and Water activity as temperatures reach 30 Celsius or 86 Fahrenheit in Whistler ...

Crankworx has been a great time for those participating and watching. Warm weather has caused the lakes to warm up and melt some of the snow pack we accumulated from a record snow season last winter.

The Olympic venues are now open for sightseeing and a Bobsled World cup will be held in November this year. Great time to head up to Whistler to enjoy one or many of the activities available or just kick back and relax in the mountains ...

Great Snow conditions prevail...

Whistler and Blackcomb continue to have some great snow conditions and the 3.2 meter ( 10.5 feet ) base will hold for a long time to come . The Telus Ski and Snowboard Festival is due to kick off April 16 to 25 2010 .. The world's best Bike Park is then due to open May 15 2010 ..

Checking the line !

Track walking prior to the first run each day .......... After many more runs down the Whistler Bobsled track I will offer those willing to take the challenge a ride down if staying for 15 or more days at Whistler Mountain House So far I have hit 129.7 km per hour and hoping to crack the magic 130 km mark next season ..I need to complete another 150 runs before being accredited to take passengers down .. Keep a track of your nights at our B&B and you will go onto the list ( assuming you want to !!! )

A Bear came to supervise construction of the new garage site where we will have storage for bikes , Bobleds and any other toys that come to mind . After being yelled at the Bear was happy and moved on .. This was October 2009 .
